Commercial Landscape EstimatorThe job focuses on providing accurate and timely bid estimates for large commercial projects. For example, some of our latest jobs are for apartment buildings, hospitals, and warehouses.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
*Has at least five years of experience estimating commercial landscape project
* Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the landscape business, including irrigation systems, details on local plants and trees, and what it takes to maintain properties.
* Perform all aspects of the bidding process, including measuring properties for field estimates, reviewing invitations to bid, pre-site inspections, drawing plans for irrigation and landscaping or maintenance services, preparing estimates
* Familiar with the estimating software, Stack, or a similar program
* Detail-oriented
* Dedication to customer service, including the willingness to frequently meet and discuss the project with the client
* Knows the importance of serving as the main point of contact for reviewing bids
* Is a master of communication, making sure that all ELT Landscape managers and customers know what to expect on
a project and is quick to let everyone involved know about changes
* Enjoys what they do and likes to have fun in the office

Irrigation CrewGeneral Responsibilities:
Maintain tools and PPE in safe and clean working condition
Ensure proper installation of irrigation designs and layouts
Ensure staff work safely and comply with company’s guidelines constantly
Irrigation Crew LeaderAt least two years irrigation experience
General Responsibilities:
Lead irrigation crew
Communicate effectively with Project Operations Manager
Maintain tools and PPE in safe and clean working condition
Ensure proper installation of irrigation designs and layouts
Ensure staff work safely and comply with company’s guidelines constantly
Project Crew Leader
General Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with Project Operations Manager
Maintain tools and PPE in safe and clean working condition
Ensure proper installation of landscape designs and layouts

Project Crew MemberGeneral Responsibilities:
